Default sloppy strut rods.

I seem to have plenty of play on the strut rod bushing and the shaft, as well as how it fits in the mount? I assumed things should be tight? does there need to be this much play in it. Or will it all snug up once i tighten it up to the rearend?

Looks like your missing the reducing washers. Hard to tell from the pic but they are a top hat style washer. It reduces the ID of the sleeve in the bushing so the bolt will not flop around.

No problem. You can reuse your original ones if you still have them. If not I have them.

BTW, there are 4 and they only go on the inboard ends.

Well it looks like there were 4 strut rod caps that go along with the rods, would of been nice if the vendor i bought them from would of told me that, same with the shock mounts, the shock cups and nuts are sold sepperately? Pretty cheezie if you as me, spend $45.00 on a shock mount then get whored for the nuts LMFAO what a racket.

So.....don't buy anything from them in the future. I agree; that's pretty 'cheezy'....kinda like buying a car and finding that the tires are an extra-cost option. It's just another semi-scam from a business more interested in making higher profit$ than servicing the customer with what he/she deserves.

I agree on the shock mount washers and nuts. I sell mine with nuts and washers for the same price. We also give forum members 10% off no matter what. If there is a sale or not. As for the strut rod bushings, they should have told you to reuse your old ones or to buy new ones at that time. Most places just sell the bushings and expect people to reuse the old reducing washers. I like to mention the little extra parts to keep and inspect when I talk to a customer. Most big warehouses don't have the knowledge of what goes where and how it works.
