Heater problem
I inherited an 81' Vette that I'm rebuilding and have discovered the heater blows fine (no pun) with NO HEAT. There's a new thermostat and the engine's just been totally gone over and worked on. What would cause a perfectly warmed up engine and working thermostat, to not blow hot air?

1 st check for a valve on one of the heater hoses. There maybe a shut off valve installed to keep the cooler in the summer.
2nd check The factory installs a valve on the heater hose. This valve has a vacuum line attached to it. You need to make sure it working properly.
3rd check temp cable from heater control. Make sure it is moving the door properly.
