Whenever my front right wheel gets hot - after driving for about an hour or so - it makes an awful squealing noise. I checked the brakes and rotors and everything looks good. Could it be that the bearings need re-packed? Any thoughts?

Everybody's a comdedian - Take my wife, please! What - no swine flu or "Deliverance" references?
It is definitely the brakes - when they get hot they squeal and then when I apply the breaks it makes an awful grinding sound. I inspected the pads and the rotors and hey both seem fine. Rotors are perfect with no cuts in them. Any ideas?
Check for a collapsed rubber brake line. Jack the car up and apply the brakes, then try to spin the wheel. If it is locked, loosen the bleeder and spin the wheel again. If it frees up, you have found the problem. Don't know why that would cause a grinding noise though.
Pull the caliper, rotor/hub off and actually inspect the bearings. Once rolling pins in the bearing get some damage, they stop rolling and start sliding. This when the real damage starts to happen.
