Anyone have suggestions on how to remove all the old broken of plastic retainers,
rolling around inside the t-tops ?
it sounds like marbles rolling around when you shake them !
I have the tops stripped of everything, including the chrome, weather stripping and handles, but cannot shake out these noisy rolling bits ! 69VETT
Hi 69,
I drilled a 1/2" diameter hole in one inside corner and was able to shake all the nylon pieces out. Make sure you don't drill through the outer suface and that the hole will be hidden by the interior trim panel.
Regards,
Alan

Then the hole can be filled in with panel adhesive and painted. That is how I do it when those pieces are in there and making noise.
