Default Wires and Such behind my Map Pocket

I took my map pocket off to touch up the dye and these wires and items kind of fell out. I am not sure what they are. I tried looking through my AIM and Haynes books but can't seem to find what I am looking for. Can anyone tell me what these are and where they go....

This one looks like it has a wire loose?

Any and all help would be appreciated!!

The light with Or/wh wires is your courtesy light....

the silver round thing is your turn signal flasher....r/l not the 4 way that should be on your fuse block

that round green square thing is a key or seatbelt beeper....leftover from Nader....you can unplug that entirely, car should be normal....

The loose wire on the canister most likely connects between the + and - terminals on the canister. The capacitor is probably there for radio noise suppression. You can probably see where the wire was connected under the paper. I happen to have my canister hanging free at the moment. I'll take a look and post a pic tomorrow if you haven't figured it out by then.

Where or what does the courtesy light mount to? Does it just hang from that claw on the back of the map pocket? Or does it have a particular place to mount?

72LS1Vette - A pic would be greatly appreciated!

There is a [sheet] metal bracket behind that dash pad (lower-right on back) which is screwed to the pad. It has a hole for the light to fit through and the plastic socket snaps into it. Next to that is a clip which holds the metal can (turn signal flasher). I didn't see any "loose wire", other than the (black) one coming out of the noise-suppression capacitor, and that should be tied to chassis ground [otherwise, it couldn't "filter-out" the flasher spikes when it pulses].

but check the AIM. For some years, the passenger's courtesy light mounted to the top of the kick panel; some years on the rear of the dash pad; some years on the heat/defrost housing.

In a pinch you can use the length of the pigtail on the lamp. Somewhere within stretching distance of the lamp you should find the mounting bracket or evidence of where it used to be.
