I have been looking for a plastic model of a 1970-72 convertable. No one seems to have one. Anyone out there know of a provider?

Monogram and Revell had them back in the day; both are probably out of production. You may find them on ebay.

AMT has a '72 LT-1 convertible. It's part of the 50th anniversary series.

Oops, sorry, just looked at the box and it's not part of the 50th anniversary series.

But the number is #6080 and it has an optional luggage rack.
