Default 1968 390HP Big Block

Does anyone have one of these and if original can you take a picture of the Choke linkage, choke thermostat, cover and rod area and post the picture? Thank you.

The Assembly Instruction Manual for 1968 should have detailed drawings of that linkage hook-up. But you must realize that 1968 was the initial year of C3 production and a lot of minor changes happened throughout the model year. It would be best to get a photo of an 'original' condition car near the same serial number [and build date] as yours to have any confidence that it is how your car came from the factory. But, the construction shown in the A.I.M. should suffice for judging purposes.

UPC 6 C1 The L-36 section has a note that the big block assembles same as production. The L-36 choke should be the same as the small block.
