Weird starting issue...
Hi guys,
This problem happens only rarely, but I have experienced this a few times in the last 3 years. After driving for some time and if I turn it off and restart the car, it would not start.
1) It's not the battery. I can hear the electric fuel pump and all the lights, gauges and the horn etc works.
2) The starter does not even click. Turning the ignition slightly dims all the lights.
3) After waiting for about 45 minutes, it starts just fine.
Any ideas?

Had same issue on my old truck. Disassembled solenoid and contacts inside were burned. Had local rebuilder fix solenoid. mds...
