They are in the center console. Remove a side panel and you will see them mounted to a support bracket.

Which side, do you remember?
When I lock the driver door I hear the relay clicking. I straight wired the alarm horn, and got nothing, so its bad.
I set the alarm and open the hood and open and close the hood switch and hear the relay clicking.
The door jam switches do nothing, not even turning the dome light on. I removed them and ground out the white wire, the dome light did not come on.
Grounded the Lt blue wire and heard nothing.
The ttop switches are gone. I removed the rear side panels and found the wires taped up individually.
Here's a photo. I removed the left side, but you can get to them from either. Note that they are mounted on the crosswise bracket that the side panel screws to. It sounds like you have some serious wiring issues. If you go to this site, it will show you the alarm wiring schmatic. http://www.corvetteforum.net/c3/tune...l/index6.shtml
No believe it or not, my wiring looks great,. The car only has 57,000 miles on it.
The only wiring changed at all, that I have found so far is, it has had an aftermarket radio and speakers installed. And the t-top switches removed and the wire ends taped up.
It wasn't until May of 78 that the alarm system protected the tops.
If you hear the relay clicking it seems like your system pretty much works. Verify that the horn is bad, that may be the problem. I've come across 3 bad alarm horns over the last few years, one even on my 25 mile Pace Car!
As for the dome lights, have you checked to see that the delay module is in place? Someone may have removed a faulty one and chose to not have working lights rather than replace it or bypass it.

I can not find a delay timer for the dome lite.
I did find the delay timer for the seat belt buzzer.
My wiring diagram does not show a delay for the lites.
I do believe mine is an early 78, because I have the yellow spare.
It did have the t-top switches as I have found the wires disconnected and taped up, due to broken switches.

Yellow spare rim confirms a model that was produced between Aug 77 and March 78...not necessarily an early but well into production. Article published in NCRS documents the VINs for both coupes and Pace Cars...FYI
