Default engine # ?

the motor in question has the number V0904TJC on the right front ledge of the block. I'm told the V means it is a 350 2barrel carb the 0904 might be date of mfr but dont know what TJC represents.
I think its out of a 1967 el camino but not sure. anyone seen a similar number? could it be a crate engine? thanx !
