OK, I did a bunch of stuff and car is back together and running good, new oil pan, gasket and pickup. New trans filter and gasket. Plugs and Fuel line. My question is, upon cleanup I found a spring and needle(quite large). Did this fall out from my fuel line where it connects to the pump? Is it an anti siphon needle? I can shoot a pick if noone has any idea. I also removed the EGR valve could it have come from that? It seems to be aluminum with a black hardened tip. I never saw it come from anywhere..... Thanks!

I will post a pic tomorrow, but the funny thing is, it runs great, not a single issue. I suspect it was part of the smog crap somewhere since I pulled it all off....but I still need to ease my mind.....
I hate finding spare parts after working on something!
Yea, it runs great not a single hiccup. I am thinking it was part of a smog thing. It is a LARGE needle valve its at least a 1/8 inch wide and an inch long.
