Anybody ever seen one of those diagrams where you park 20' (or so) from a wall, draw a horizontal and vertical lines on the wall at specified locations, and use them to aim your headlights??
Have seen them for other cars, but havent found one for the Vette.

Yes; You can google it and there are a few instructions on how to lay out the giagram. It is simple and straight forward. You need to find the center of your beam from the ground and from each other L & R. The instructions will give a couple of ways to do that.
I did mine and was amazed how much better the lights were when aimed properly.
Hi,
Thanks for the info k.
I'm a firm believer in the value of the CHASSIS SERVICE MANUAL over HAYNES, but here's an example of the need for HAYNES too.
The CSM mentions the importance of aiming the lights and the method, but no dimensions or diagram.
Regards,
Alan
Thanks, got it...Man I almost forget that I have a Haynes manual, so dependent on the AIM and CSM!!
