I have an extra set just sitting here. Send me $5 for shipping and I will send them to you. They are no problem on the wheels and I have had them on two C3 Vettes.

I spoke to my husband and as I suspected spacers aren't street legal here and he said even if they were they cause issues with tire alignment and premature tire wear. I can't tell from Cragar's website, but does anyone know if they make a 15X8 Cragar SS with an offset that will fit a Corvette without spacers?

I know this is an old post but thought I would chime in.
You can order cragar ss in special back spacing so no need for spacers. They are direct fit meaning no unilug!
I believe 15 x 8, 5 x 4.75: bolt pattern, and 4" back spacing is about perfect. Tire size is 215 70R 15 or 225 70R 15. There are rare occasions where 225s rub.
Summit Racing has them for about $169.00 each. They may even include shipping.
I have been looking for months and that is how I discovered that you can special order them.

If you go to Summit the easiest way to get their is search custom size Cragar ss. The are also available at Vintage Wheel Works but are more expensive there.
There will be a form on line to complete prior to placing the order.
If yours is a 70 like mine the specs are as follows:
15x8 rims with 5x4.75" bolt pattern and 4" back spacing. The 4" back spacing is the same as 15x8 ralleys they came with from the factory.
The tire size closest to original where you can be assured of no rubbing is 215 70R 15. Most times a 225 70R 15 will fit but note that some have reported rubbing issues with 225s.
Just wish there were better tire choices in the correct size with RWL.
There are three that I know of with solid white letters which is what I will get.
BG T/As, Firestone Indy 500s, and Mickey Thompson S/Rs
Reviews lean towards Indy 500 but I am not sure I like the letter size. BFGs seem to have a sub par riding quality, I like the letter size of MTs but their are no reviews.
Good Luck and post pics if you get them.

cragar ss
I have a 72 and I searched for a long time to find a set of ss wheels that would fit without spacers. I had no luck. My heart was set on the cragar ss rims so I went with the 1/2" spacer on all 4 wheels. I have 225/70 15 on frt with 7" rim and 255/60r15 on rear with 8" rim. Tires are just about at the edge of the rear fender well and frt fender well. Rear tires are close on inside but since Im not home I cant remember if its the shock mount or something else back there. I think theres about 1/2" clearance. The wheels and tires (BFG) look awesome but its becomes a personal preference. Also I am not sure why the spacers would make a difference for frt end alignment. I was always told they set caster / camber and toe from the hubs? I havent had the car out on the road yet to see how the spacers hold up. I'm not in love with using them but like I said my heart was set on Cragar ss wheels!
