Reds, greens, gold, yellow, white and tan/brown are colors that might go well with a brown interior. It's nice that you have the interior done, but it would have been best to do the paint first. You will have to do some serious masking of every little hole open to the interior to keep from trashing what you just got done doing. I'm sure you can do it, but it will be a PITA keeping the paint overspray out of there.
IMO, the metallic dark greens, Ontario Orange, yellow or white cars look really good with brown interiors. Blue colors can work with a tan interior...but not a brown one. Keep at it...you'll be driving it before you know it!
My 76 was dark brown with dark brown interior when I bought it. When I had it painted, I wanted something different and went to some GM dealerships to see some new colors. I kept going to cars with the color light driftwood. I get a lot of compliments because it is a rare color on a corvette. I will try to send some pictures, and I do understand everyone has their on taste.
