Default Engine removal today

Jay 73jst4fun drove over this morning and we got started on removing his engine. We shut it off and immediatly started tearing into it. Well about 3 hours later the motor still warm we had it out and loaded into a van onto its next owner. Steve 74 came over with his son "to help". He did take some pictures so that did help. We have the next motor a roller cammed 350 pretty much ready to go back in. This motor should put out in the neighborhood of about 475 ish HP. A nice upgrade. We will also be putting in Steeroids while it is out. Mine is up and running. Not done yet as the console is waiting for some custom parts but it is driveable. Here are a few pictures from today.

Jay hard at work

Empty but clean engine bay. Jay detaisl everything.

Steve 74 son, future Vette owner in front of my car. We could have at least taken the cover off the roof!

Looks like fun!

I'm sure that new engine will be awesome once the project is all wrapped up.

What size are your wheels?

There's only one thing funner, and that's stabbing the new one in. I've got my new build going on now as well, but I think you're going to beat me. Have a great time with it!

Hi G,
Your car sure has a geat stance.... and little kids certainly like to have their picture taken next to a Corvette, or even better.... sitting in it!
Regards,
Alan

I'm surprised that you let motors that small on your property!

Wow that's too clean and purdy to hide away in an engine bay, or is that the one coming out

That is the motor coming out. Jay is a detail freak. He is always looking to clean something.
