I can't give you a dimension to the bumper. But, the AIM, (the GM ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION MANUAL), gives a dimension of 27.91" from the high point on the front wheel opening to the ground. Does that help you? Remember, that's based on a F70-15 tire being used.
