high beam issues

high beam issues
So my dimmer switch hasnt been working for quite sometime, today i got under the steering column and took it out. I freed it up and now the the switch clicks from one to the other but whenever it switches over to high beams neither high beams or low beams work, but when i switch to just low beams they work fine. Is the dimmer switch just bad? or should i look at fuses too, cause i looked at all of them under the dash and they looked ok

Does the high beam indicator in the dash come on ?
When in high beam position check the green wire for power, if it has no power then replace the switch.
If the green has power its "possible" all 4 of your high beam filaments are burn out.
