Default HELP A/C quit

I drove my 68 last weekend stopped at the car wash. A/C was working fine got back in the car started it up nothing. No fan, no compressor,
nothing, does not come on when moving the controls from off to vent or A/C. It is dead! Where do I start to trouble shoot this system?
No, I did not wash the engine compartment.
Thanks
Tom

I'm not sure if yours has the same fuse my '73 does. But near the horn relay is a 30 amp inline fuse. Often the issue when the whole system is down.

Just to clarify, the blower is not running correct?

I would check the blower speed switch, the resistor and the HTR/AC fuse in the fuse block.

No Compressor or blower.. I'd go to the fuse panel first.. just looking at the schematic it looks like the a/c harness plugs in to the accessory terminal... is it possible you booted it?

If not.. go to the relay and check the orange wire for power and trace the dark green wire from the compressor and look for power. It plugs in to the thermal switch and then runs to the inside of the car. But I'd sure make sure you don't have an issue at the fuse panel first. The wire is a 14 Brown.
