Experimental prototype 1969 C3

experimental prototype code block M mystery motor from GM. Documentation From GM Powertrain Department & Tonawanda Foundry, 12 total known only ONE in 1969.......
Someone knows something about this car?

Could it be the duntov 377 maybe?? Ie the non aluminum blocked ones,

if it was a BBC i could be a ZL-1 too, small block is a IDK ill read my book for a little while
