I'm not sure where you would buy 'stock' configuration lug nuts. Unless the threads are damaged or the hex edges are rounded off, just use a wire brush (power or hand) to knock the crud off and shine them up.

Aluminum wheel lugnuts? Soap, water, and a little chrome polish. If the shoulders are boogered up and/or plating is missing, nothing much you can do except replace them.
