i just went for the first ride since replacing the trailing arms.a big differance when you change lanes or corner.i also noticed that when you get on the gas or let off that it does not have movement
Yeah, the "crabbing" on throttle on/off ... my car used to do that too. I remember my maiden voyage with all new rear end components. What a refreshing feeling to have the rear stay planted for the first time since I've owned the car.
i bought my trailing arms from muskegon brake.up there in michigan.$389.00 per side with a new rotor.they also GAVE me a new half shaft yoke flange .they worked with me on the shipping and gave me a good price on the new strut adj rods.andrew worked with me verry well .call him for a price quote.1-800-442-0335
I checked with them today and they told me $695 per side. How'd you get them so cheap?
She rides like a dream. Big difference. I feel like i'm in charge again and not the car having a mind of its own. I use to wander all over the highway. I did the VBP advance settings on my alignment. The .50 negative camber is not attractive. I went back to the alignment shop to at least a zero camber but he said I probably wouldn't like it. He said you need some negative camber. VBP states the same thing. I'm wondering about tire wear. It handles fine. I will give it some time and see.
