Default Frame disassembly/assembly

I have my replacement frame painted and I'm ready to start taking everything off my old frame and putting on my replacement one. My question is does anyone have a list of everything I need it inspect/replace when swapping stuff over? Also any tips would be appreciated aswell.

wow! i could write a book! it depends upon how far you want to go.
check/replace all the A arm bushings, ball joints, front wheel bearings, rear trailing arms(bushings and bearings-very difficult to accurately test),ebrake parts, diffy rubber bumper, fuel and brake lines, brake calipers, gas tank, differential side yoke play and pinion seal, differential crossmember bushings, u joints, balance and straightness of propeller shaft, longer rear spring bolts.
basically every part has to be cleaned, painted and have all rubber parts replaced. keep in mind that these are the parts that take all the abuse as you're cruising down the road!

From doing my 69 frameoff the best advice I can give you is if you question it at all if it should be replaced or fixed DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

Do not cut any corners or you will pay twice as much later

Hi SS,
Jnb listed it well!
In brief, I installed the front suspension, rear suspension, brake and fuel lines, gas tank, and calipers. I then put the engine, transmission, and driveshaft in place. I was so used to looking at it in that state I hated to cover it up with the body.
Regards,
Alan

Happy New Year.

My best tip would be to pay attention to the details. A little extra effort now will give great rewards when completed!
