Why would you want to retro-fit a heated O2 sensor, if the car wasn't originally equipped with it. Only thing the heater does, is bring the sensor up to operating temperature sooner. Most newer car's have these, and usually the first thing to go bad. The government's also pushing pre-heated catalyst's for quicker light off too. Pretty sure your car run's open loop(no O2 sensor) until a certain coolant temperature anyway, so really no sense messing with thing's.

the location of the sensor is a little too far back. the heated one will stay warmer. you have to remember that this is the first year of a feed back o2 sensor.
the fuel pump relay is behind the pass seat. it is powered with the engine running. I ran a power line from the battery to a bosh relay that was triggered by the fuel pump relay. I went to the wrecking yard and got a 3 wire o2 pig tail.
