82 doesn't start
I have an 82 crossfire automatic
that's been sitting for 3 years . Problem is nothing happens when ignition is turned on , no instrument panel or other power up functions come on, battery is good , car will start when
starter is jumped. Turning key all I get is clicking from e-brake housing area from a small relay. ??

Check all the fuses first. There is an anti theft fuse, check that one but also check the others.
If its the anti theft relay clicking its probably telling the starter interupt relay to not start. The anti theft relay is towards the back of the area of the ebrake. The starter interupt relay is infront of the shifter or in that area. You will need to remove the center console to get at it.
You can try opening and closing the drivers door with your key...thats where the on-off is for the anti-theft system.
