The place that dynoed it said if I set the timing at 32 degrees and do the retard timing thing it makes for a nasty street motor. He mentioned something about vacuum being absent so a vacuum advance would be useless, but not 100% sure about that, I was talking to him and as he was mentioning everything the cost of all this was preoccupying my mind.

He's full of $hit. There's vacuum between the carbs and the blower.

That said, I wouldn't run vacuum advance with a blower, but I would run mechanical advance.
