Pollution regulations
With my 73 vette what kind of pollution controls am I supposed to have. And can I put parts that say they aren't meant for pullution controlled vehicles like some crane radi-arc rocker arms. or what not.

The 73's had: PCV, EGR, A.I.R., TCS.
If you take a literal interprutation - if it had it is suppoed to be there now. It will depend on the state where you live. A large number of states are following the Californoia 25 year rolling exemption, some not. Need to check with the DMV to see if your's is.
An aftermarket part that is "legal" will have a C.A.R.B. certificate number associated with it, saying it is has been approved.
