How do folding seats work
They are both hung now. Used to, the driver side would fold over and passenger was hung on the inside hinge. Now the driver side is hung on one side. What do I need to look for to fix this?? 79, L-82.

The split back seats have inertia hinges; they fold if there is no deceleration sensed. They lock under deceleration.
You may be able to remove the hinges and R&R them. Sometimes a little light lube frees them up.
