Assuming the master cylinder has been bled, You will need at least 20 mins to get the majority of air out. When I did mine I opened all six bleeders and let them flow watching for bubbles. You want to try to flow the same amount front and back so proportioning valve doesnt drift to one side. You also want to keep a close eye on master cylinder so it doesnt let air through from being too low.

It'll take till you don't get the air out of the system... Seriously though, it's hard to give it a specific time. It depends on how much air is in the system, what parts might have been replaced, on and on. Take your time, do it right. This isn't a job you want to do as quickly as possible, you want to go for quality on this one. I do one corner at a time so I can keep an eye on it. There are several ways to do it, all four corners at the same time works too, it's just my preference to do one at a time, top off the fluid as needed and move to the next. I've had the best results with someone helping doing the "pump and hold" method though!
