need help with push rod length, BBC

I have a friend that has pro comp 320 heads that he is using on a 454 block. The problem is that no one @ procomp is answering the phone and he needs the push rod length.

Heads: PC3021C
Lifters: solid tappet

If anyone has this information, would be very thankful.

You need to measure what length you need. There is no one size fits all. Get a pushrod length checker and figure out what you need.

The heads I put on my SBC said they needed +0.10 pushrods. Ended up that I had to use -0.05 pushrods to get the geometry right. One size does not fit all.

Big blocks are really hard on the valve train, you better get the geometry dead on or you'll be risking your engine. Get a pushrod length checker to determine the right size.
