Solid Dana/Spicer's seem to be what most people like

Some people think the greaseable ones are better because, well, you can grease them. Some folks think the non-greaseable ones are better because they are stronger. (they don't have the hole drilled into them for the zerk fitting) Personally, on my car, I'm not worried about the u-joint failing catastophically, I'm worried about it wearing out, so I like the greasable kind.

scottyp99 has the 'decision tree' methodology down about right. If you want to run high power through the drivetrain, use the solid Spicers. If you just want to cruise....forever.....buy the ones with the Zerk fitting.

Really depends a lot on your intended usage and how hard you intend to run the car. Easy street driving, including an occasional blast from a stoplight, with an AT would be much easier, of course, than weekly runs at the strip with a manual trans.
Whichever you choose, be careful of getting junk parts made overseas. Buying from a reputable auto parts store would be my choice rather than from a discount store or ebay.
