Front springsto use?
Hi, i'm doing the front end soon, what would be the best springs to use- don't want that " too high" comment from onlookers. let's hear some ideas, where purchased, P/N's anything. Car is a 70 BB auto a/c vert.Thanks, babypig.

602-514 from midamerica motor works here. With a BB you will probably want to go with the 602-512. I also have kyb gr2 gas shocks upfront, the new stock ones were crap, made it ride like a dump truck.

I have had good luck with Vette Brakes 460 lb springs. These are a slight bit stiffer than stock but not as harsh as the F41 or 550 lb springs. With a BB and AC these should ride good and the ride height should be fine. I have a forum members 71 Bb with Ac in my garage right now and advised him to run the 460lb springs in his. I have put them in many cars and even SB cars with no AC and the yhave been fine. If it is a little high just trim a little off the spring, it should not be with a BB and Ac though.
