Anyone have any Ideas how cyl. pressure relates to C.R.? I know very little about my 350 other than it has been bored .040 and has a slightly lumpy cam. The pressure is 200 psi. I am trying to get a rough estimate what the c.r. is.

Cold cranking pressure relates to the combo of CR & cam, and gives a rough indication of an engine's DCR (Dynamic CR). Typically, the more cam the lower cranking pressure with the same CR. Likewise, more CR with the same cam typically means more cranking pressure. Hard to wager a guess without knowing something of either the cam or CR, but anything over ~180 psi cranking pressure is starting to push it for most pump-gas builds. Hope that helps.
Well, it looks like I have something around 10/1. Thanks for doing my resherch for me. Leaves more time for tuning the new set-up and drinking beer. Don't worry about the sarcasm, it's one of my better traits.
