I Googled "BPG Engine Fasteners" and didn't find anything. There is a company called "Brandon Products Group" that sell all kinds of industrial mounting equipment but a search of their site showed no bolts, screws, or other such fasteners. Since those are a 12-point type capscrew they're not marked with SAE Grade markings as a conventional 6-point bolt would be, but I would have to think that the 'BPG' is some kind of vendor/manufacturer identifier. Interesting...

Hi ls,
I googled 'bPg' too.
One of the listings is for a medical marijuana company.
Does your engine get the 'munchies' a lot?
Regards,
Alan

Bolts Pre-Google?

Ferry Cap & Set Screw Co. acquired the BPG Metal Threaded Fasteners brand. BPG is no longer used, replaced by F - C

Manufacturer's logo. The folks at Paragon can probably tell you what the initials stand for.
