I recently read that there are companies that specialize in printing parts for people. Where I had read about it also provided a link but my gray matter does not remember where I had read about it.
Maybe do a google search or someone has some knowledge about this.

IF I was going to do a rectangle light conversion today, I would use the bulbs I have shown below, mine are fixed in the old Ecklers sugar scoop trays, and brought forward, holes closed in for a more sleek look, but with the stock lids, and some mods to keep then lower height when open, this would be much better looking and I would do it, but my operating lights got trashed by a damn deer one night in '98......so went with the Ecklers taller square bulbs and large opening....but about 12+ years ago a Verizon truck backed into the bumper and I got the current lights in there.....
see below link for pix....the GLASS bulbs have removable lights in back, so easy upgrade to whatever type light you want in the glass, so no plastic to fog over.....
