Hey, My old thread! I never got around to taking a picture so here it is
I cut the bezel myself, but I do not recomend trying it. I started with a jig saw, then a grinding wheel, then a hacksaw blade, and finally a file.
You have to cut through different thicknesses and contours so its easy for the sawblade to take off in the wrong direction. Because of the shape of the whole bezel there is no room for the jigsaw body or any other tool I own. Maybe a dremel tool would work.
I used a piece of 1/8" black PVC for trim to cover the indents for the original *****. I'm happy with the results and glad I was able tosave over $300 for a precut bezel.
Once again, thanks for all the help!
- Jay
I looked through all my receipts tonight. Crap that's a lot of receipts. No way I want to know what it all adds up to. Unfortunately, I don't have the one for the bezel. Maybe someone else knows where to get.
