Help...76 corvette tach issues
I have a 76 corvette with tach issues. i put in a new circuit board and filter. the old one was burnt. the needle sets on 2800 when car is off. when key is turned on it stays there. when started it moves up to 3800 which sounds like a normal 1 thousand rpm's and seems to go upward correctly. what is the correct way to recalibrate? any help would be appreciated
