Wow!! I like the enthusiasm!! My first piece of advice is to get yourself a repair manual. I have a Chilton's and a Haynes, they are both pretty good, what one kinda glosses over, the other will sometimes go into more detail. Also, pick up an AIM (Assembly Instruction Manual), it's the book the guys on the assembly line used to make sure they were building them right, it is invaluable!
