if anyone ever tells u that installing an amplifier in a vette is an easy task..be-itch slapp them for me please..its not an easy job...took all day and a few tripps to the audio shop...i installed it where the jack was under the storage compartment..great fit and the box fit back in perfect..got the amp on e-bay for $100 was $180 over here ..they wanted $80 for installation .ohh hell no..i think $80 would have been a fair price now that i did it..it cost me $30 for wires and pluggs ,but man does it sound sweet..a job well worth doing..gotta luv the sweet sounds of the vette and the tunes with the t-tops off :yesnod: :lol: :D :cool: :cheers:

ohh that dreaded a/c..well it doing a good job of staying in the boxes it's in..no seriously,ive decided to wait untill i get a shop manual to make sure i do it right the first time :chevy
as far as the rest of my car stereo system,i have a panisonic cd player in dash with kicker speakers in dash and 5' in the back in stock location..planning for a small amp and sub when funds allow it..the hole system is hidden and the deck face comes off keeping those thiefs away..the way i like it :D
