Heater and A/C panel vac.hoses

Does anyone know of a good place to find info on all of the vac. tube routing or if someone took pictures of the system when they had a dashboard out. The shop manual is pretty weak in this area.

I thought the shop manual was pretty good for my 79. Color coded hoses were clearly indentified. The AIM also has a vacumn diagram. what are you working on, or trying to figure out?

The AIM shows diagrams of all the hoses, the colors, the routing, and where they connect. It also has a page showing correct operation at the various settings.

The best source of info on that system (including vacuum and electrical schematics) is the Chevrolet Chassis Service Manual for your year car. If you do your own work, you must have one. The Chevrolet Chassis Overhaul Manual is just as indispensible, if you rebuild your own engine/trans/differential/engine accessories.
