Default Trans mount bolt size/thread

Does anyone know the bolt thread that goes into the rubber part? I need to buy new ones for my new mount that didnt come with the bolts.

The original bolt you are referring to is a 5/8" bolt that has a 1" long shank (threaded portion) at SAE 14 pitch !
The bolt was installed with a thick lock washer and flat washer respectively.

That's a 7/16"-14 (5/8" head size).

Frame crossmember to mount bolts per the parts fiche:

1963-67 was 7/16, 14 tpi, 1" length

1968-79 was 7/16, 14 tpi, 1 1/8" length

1980-82 was 7/16, 14 tpi, 1 1/4" length

since we're talking about bolt sizes, does any one know how long the 4 bolts are that hold the manual transmission to the bellhousing. I'm guessing they're also 7/16"-14, but need to know how long they are.

Hi q,
On my 71 the transmission to bell housing bolts are 1/2"-13 x 1 3/4", with a flat washer.

2nd edit: as noted by Alan 71 above, the parts book shows the bolts as 1/2 - 13 tpi x 1 3/4".

edit: I miss read your post, the bolt size below is for the bolts attaching the transmission to the transmission mount.

I you are talking about your 1981, then the parts book shows the bolts as: M10 x 1.5 x 35
