Im looking too. Since EasyMike mentioned it, I looked and noticed the gap between the tops is not symmetrical front to back! so adjust I shall try.

Found out yesterday while we had my car sitting outside working on it (and a thunderstorm came up) my T-tops leak even though PO said he replaced weather stripping...another reason to not drive it in rain...but dangit!
Still not pleased with how it's running....next plan check for vacuum leaks and look at the edelbrock carb PO installed

Welcome to the club. 
I think most of them leaked brand new! Mine have new weather stripping and it's all good in light-med rain, but when the cloudburst comes I head for cover! Keep a towel in the back just in case!

LOL yep it poured rain for about 20 minutes and could move the car because we had all the belts off replaced those yesterday too and had my radiator flushing

My T-tops were also leaking when I pickep up my Vette.
I replaced the weatherstripping but one continued to leak after I re-alligned them. Upon further investigation, I found the T-top was warped at the front (didn't think fibreglass warped?) so I bought a set of glass tops. Leak fixed and got a little extra headroom as a bonus.
