nice ride. What size rim and tire? How did you lowered the front and rear?
The wheels are 18x8 BOSS 338's with 255/45-18 UHP tires. The tires are the same width and diameter as the original 255/60-15 tires. The BOSS 338's have a 4 1/2" backspace instead of 4" and are lug centric instead of hub centric like stock. I put on hub centric adapters/spacers since this picture was taken. They are now just about the same width (1/8" less) as original with stock lug bolts. (Search "hub centric" to fead more about the adapter/spacers.)
I have a composite monospring in both front and back, so I lowered both the same way using a longer spring bolt. I used a 10" C4 bolt in the back and cut off an inch to make it 9". If you do that, put a regular (not a nylon lock nut) grade 8 nut on the bolt BEFORE you cut it. After you but the bolt, grind the burrs off the cut, smooth the edge, and THEN take the nut off the bolt. The nut will clean up the threads you cut as you take it off.
The front mono spring adjusts like the rear composite mono spring. Guys with coil springs in front just cut a coil or so. Do a SEARCH to find threads about that.
hi? my exhuast system is on. i install the hedman longtube header, remove cat and replace it with resonator and dynomax super turbo muffler. the system is quiet. you can't even tell it has an exhaust upgrade. what could be the problem for it to be so quiet. even the muffler said wow it really quiet.
If you wanted musclecar sound, I would have recommend Flowmasters but your above concern negatived that out.
Must be the resonator??
Im sure when your going down the road people hear the car with what you got, its a good setup.
