I have run into a problem i can't figure out. All of a sudden the blower on the AC quit working. I can introduce 12v with my power probe at the blower motor and it will work. I have replaced the blower relay, hi speed blower relay, the blower switch and it still doesn't work. I don't think it is the tempurature control because it will activate the ac clutch when on AC but no blower. Anyone have any ideas? If it was a ground i don't think it would activate the clutch. I have checked the blower fuse and it is not blown and has power on both sides. Appreciate any ideas and help.
If the fuse has power, check at the input to the switch. Verify power at each connection in the system until you find none... then you will know what's wrong without replacing any parts not required. If you can probe 12 volts all the way to the fan... it has to be ground related. Remember the electrons need a path to the fan, but thay also need a way back home.

I am going to try to run down both the power and the grounds again today.
I will post results.
Thanks to all.
The Chevrolet Chassis Service Manual has detail schematics of the blower motor control system in the 'Air Conditioning' section. That will help you in your diagnosis.
