Just got off the phone with them. I bought a brake booster from them a while back. Paid with a credit card and after I received the new booster, I sent the old one back for the core charge and promply forgot about it.
Seems that the core charge was never removed from my bill. They discovered this mistake and made a point to call me and explain the problem and that it would be corrected shortly.
You might say no big deal, but to me it was. With all the bad dealers out there, it is refershing to deal with a good one...
I ordered a front end kit from Vette Brakes. They promptly e-mailed me to tell me they were out of lower ball joints. They gave me the option of subtracting them or waiting for the backorder.
What impressed me, was how quickly Vette Brakes responded to my e-mails. My insurance agent (State Farm here in the Falls) took ten minutes to acknowledge me, and I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE in the office.
Vette brakes wasted no time in showing me I was the customer, whose time is valuable, and treating me with courtesy. I'll do business with them again.
I been doing business on and off for over 6 years now with VB, and have had great customer service, including making what at the time was custom wheel adaptors...now in their catalogue....I mentioned several months ago about the forum here and suggested they get to being a sponsor....and so they are now....
dunno if it's my idea or not, but I did put a bug out....
VB also has the BEST catalogue of performance suspenion mods...bar none...
I have had good luck with there parts and service ,BUT every time I by a part that has a core charge Ihave weighed two mo. and had to call before Iwould get a credit.3 times and counting.Other than that good service. :mad
