Memorial Day
While we enjoy our Vettes and comaradie among other Vette owners please take some time today to remember those Veterans that are no longer with us but gave so much that we may enjoy those freedoms. Grateful thanks to those that answered the call and demonstrated the sacrifice a cherished freedom like no other in the world can bring such as ours as they honored the victims of 9/11 through their own ultimate sacrifice in war.

Thanks for the reminder, lest we forget. I just got back from a Memorial Day Service in our adjoining county. They built a beautiful little veterans memorial park.

I was watching President Bush at Normandy this morning and saw the 3,000 plus headstones of American Soldiers that died there while liberating France. I keep wondering what is with the UNGREATFUL french people? I see that they are accusing Bush and the American people of being the real terrorist in the world. They would not let us use their air space when we attacked Libya. Are they jerks or what? Shame on the French. Roger L. Gibbons
