I'm with Roger, get the turn sig & park lights working with the marker bulbs out.
Is the turn sig flasher good?

I then removed the side marker bulbs and the ground strap I installed on the parking lamp and noticed the following.

- Dash light (L. turn indicator) is no longer illuminated
- Blinkers don't work at all, either side
- Flashers work but not on the drivers side

I really hope It's not a bad harness.....
Now your making progress. Remove your front turn/park bulbs from both sides, turn on your parking lights and test the brown wire contacts in each socket for 12v.
Turn off the parking lights.
Then turn on the left blinker and test for 12v on the lt blue contact in the drivers side turn/park socket
Turn on the right blinker and test for 12v on the dk blue wire contacts in the pass side socket
Let us know what you find

Roger will get it sorted for you (he did for me), bit I had almost exactly the same issues after installing all new harness. The contact tabs in the front park light sockets where bend making no or not wanted contacts with bulb installed. Might be worth a check.

Roger,
Sorry it has taken me so long to check this out I have not been feeling well... I did however just get out of the garage with the below results..

I started probing for 12v as you describe above and was coming up w/ nothing so I disconnected the pig tails and probed the harness itself.

At the brown I have 12v and nothing at the blue but it gave me an idea. I swapped the pig tails and the issue followed the new pig tail. I then installed the old known good pig tail for the bad and re-installed the bulbs and now the lights are working but the blinkers are not...

All lights are of equal brightness now
Flashers work
blinkers still do not work.

The connection from the harness to the pig tails seems to be one of the issues almost as if there is too much rubber inside the plug as it takes some playing with to get the connection to stay. Still not sure why the blinkers are not working. Swapped the flasher again and still nothing but I feel like we are getting closer.

Making progress.
When you say the blinkers don't work,do you mean they light up but don't flash ?

Default Thank you for your help!

Ok I have good news to report. Everything is now working although the blinkers seem to alternate between the parking and marker lights slower than I would like but I'm not going to complain.

3 days of frustration and it comes down to this...

- The connection at the parking light pigtail has something causing a poor connection. I plan on calling Lectric Limited to see what they think as all the pieces are new.

- Blinkers now work as I did not realize I needed to have the ignition on

Thank you to Roger and the other posters for your advice and direction, it did lead me to finding the issue and I thank you

So it was a harness problem?

Connection at the parking pig tail seems to be the issue... All wiring is new and I have a call into Lectric Limited to see if they have any ideas on how to make a nice solid connection which is not happening at the moment.

Default Rubber mold seems to have been the issue

And the solution was.....

left over rubber from the mold in the forward lamp harness at the pig tail connection. I removed some rubber and now the lights are working as designed
