For that kind of money I would expect to see a Bloomington - NCRS certificate.
Once someone is asking that kind of money I think that the car then should be compared agaist others in that class. I see that some dealers in the U.S. asking that kind of money but the car has no documents or judging sheets to show of ?

That is ridiculous!! I assume car is real nice, but seems like way too much $$$$ for an auto coupe.
Can't exactly be NCRS level with sidepipes given they weren't available on a '64 (although look nice on any midyear)!!
