I skipped over the video for the tilt column, I don't have it quite ready. I think the quality of this video will be awesome too!
So.. instead I've added this one today. It's a quick one as well but will illustrate the proper manner to install the clutch pedal retaining clip for 1963-1981 cars... Enjoy.
I'm almost done with the standard and tilt-tele ignition switch videos... so they will be soon.
We have one completed for the c2 guys on how to safely remove your clock hands.
We have one completed for the C4 guys on how to install the rear hatch weatherstrip.
We also have two others in the works.. C4 A pillar installation as well as a few others... Soon.
Maybe I have over looked it, but do you have a video of how to test the wiper door vacuum solenoid that attaches to the back of the tachometer housing for 68-82? Would like to test mine, but just not sure which side to apply vacuum and when to apply 12v. Any help would be appreciated.

I have one but it's not been posted.
The test is simple though.
The solenoid is a basic electromagnet so you can apply power or ground to either side. So power up one terminal, ground the other and the relay should click..... When it does it should block vacuum from passing from one side to the other.
When you turn the wiper switch on, ground is provided to the solenoid which instantly blocks the vacuum on the small hose side. When this happens the relay plunger falls and switched vacuum on the actuator from down to up.
If you have any other questions on this please feel free to post back.
How is the 63-82 steering gear rebuild video coming along?
I had a big problem getting quality replacement gears and finally just gave up & put the old gear box back together. The gears are apparently all made "offshore" and the quality is terrible. I would like to know where to get good, American made gears. All the ones I got had big chunks missing out of the teeth.
