the problem i had with one of my big blocks(in a 73 camaro) was a small air pocket (in each head i assume) and was always overheating.my cousin worked at at radiator shop and told me he could help out,we pulled the car into his step driveway so the radiator cap was much higher then the engine.then burped the system and refilled it several times till the water just flowed in the radiator and wasn't pushed out anymore.after that no more heating issues

Looks like the temps are getting close to the "normal" range. The cruise temp is fine. If it's now creeping up in traffic, the indication is inadequate airflow through the radiator. Make sure your fan clutch is good, and verify shrouding, baffles, and anything related to airflow ducting through the radiator.
The 65-70 oil pressure cold is not unusual, but if it's staying that high when hot, it sounds like someone put a high volume pump in the engine. This is usually not needed, and the only drawback is that it tends to pump an excessive amount of oil up into the top of the engine where you can then get slightly excessive valve guide oil consumption.
