1980 wont start

1980 wont start
Can anyone help me? My 80 wont turn over, I changed battery tested the starter / solenoid alls good, heres the problem, I turn the key and the dash lights come on and the blower motor goes on but when I turn the key all the way it all goes dead silent no click no nothing.

the anti Theft system disables the starter when activated. Try locking and unlocking the doors with the key then try to start it. Check the fuse for the Anti theft system.
The relay for the ATS starter disable is under the console plate in front of the shifter. Mine went bad, I pulled it and jumpered the connector. system still works but starter dont get disabled.
